Austin, TX (January 30, 2020) – Enverus, the energy industry’s leading SaaS and data analytics company, has announced two key executive promotions at its Austin headquarters.

Tanya Andrien has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). For the past three years, Andrien has aided in the company’s notable growth spirt overseeing 16 of Enverus’ acquisitions and several strategic collaborations – all designed to bolster the company’s position in the market and deliver more value for its customers.  Prior to joining Enverus five years ago, Andrien was a lecturer in energy finance at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and the associate director of the McCombs Energy Center, where she was responsible for alumni relations, student programming, energy-related events, and business operations. Likewise, Jimmy Fortuna has been promoted to Chief Product Officer due to his leadership in the differentiation and quality improvements of Enverus’s complex, global product portfolio. Fortuna is an inventor and patent holder on ten U.S. patents in a diversity of fields including cryptography, cyber security, vehicle telematics, and point-of-sale mobility.

“We have the most incredible team at Enverus and we are proud to recognize these two amazing, accomplished leaders. They have been instrumental in our growth to become the largest and most innovative SaaS provider to the energy industry,” said Jeff Hughes, CEO and President of Enverus. “These two individuals will continue to lead Enverus down the path to deliver the most comprehensive technology solutions our customers in energy have ever seen – high value, founded in data and built on science.”

In August 2019, in conjunction with its 20th anniversary and the news the company had surpassed $300 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Enverus rebranded and changed its name from Drillinginfo to better reflect the company’s identity as a leading data, analytics, and efficiency partner across the energy sector. Enverus is now comprised of three business units – Enverus Drillinginfo, Enverus Trading & Risk, and Enverus Business Automation – all of which are highly complementary to one another and together create value for customers that could never be achieved otherwise. The new name is comprised of three elements that when combined, reflect the company’s past, present, future, and overall philosophy. EN: the energy industry; VER: clarity and truth; and US: partnership, collaboration, people, and humanity.
