Before founding Tracts, Mr. Gilmore co-founded cloudPWR, ScanFly, and Mavbot. Mr. Gilmore has been awarded several patents ranging from real property rights computation and autonomous sport tracking drone technology. Mr. Gilmore graduated from Willamette University College of Law.
