What are the dates of EVOLVE?

Are there in-person and virtual options to attend?

This year we are only offering a live event ticket.

What is the cost for registration?

Our early bird rate is $229 and ends March 7. Our rate will then increase to $349 until tickets sell out.

When is the deadline for registration?

Registration will stay open until EVOLVE is sold out.

Where can I find the agenda?

We will announce when the full agenda is posted.

- Tuesday, May 7:
  - Registration: 11 a.m.- 6 p.m.
  - Networking Reception: 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 8:
  - Sessions: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  - Networking and Reception: 6:30-9:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 8:
  - Sessions: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. We will have a mobile app provided for the live event and encourage attendees to download it. Check back for more details.

Is there a room block?

Enverus has secured a block of rooms at the Marriot Marquis for the week of the conference for the low rate of $273++/per night. Group rates are valid for booking Tuesday, May 7 through Thursday, May 9 and are subject to availability.

How do I book my hotel accommodations?

Hotel accommodations can be booked directly online here or by calling +1-888-236-2427 and mentioning the group’s name Enverus EVOLVE. Our discounted rate will end on Friday, April 19.

L & D Certification: Will the in-person certification be offered this year at EVOLVE?

Yes – this will be offered as two different sessions Tuesday from 12–4 p.m.
- Course #1: Enverus Certified Specialist PRISM Energy Analytics & Benchmarking
- Course #2: Enverus Certified Professional PRISM Advanced Analytics & Asset Optimization
These will be an additional fee for these courses. Pricing will be posted Feb. 12.
Each course will be capped at 40 people.

Registration

How do I register for the conference?

Click on the “Register Now” button at the top of the site and select General Admission.

How do I get a receipt for registration purchases?

You can receive your receipt by clicking the “View or modify your registration” link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please email [email protected]

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel on or before April 1. You will receive a 50% refund between April 2 and April 15. No refunds will be issued after April 15 or for no shows. All cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected].

How do I transfer or substitute my registration pass?

To transfer your pass, please send an email to [email protected]. We will need the name, title, work email address and mobile phone number (for event mobile app only) of the new registrant to complete the transfer.

How do I receive credit for another conference?

There will be no certificate of credit.

When will I receive my registration pass/badge?

Registration will open Tuesday, May 7 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Does Enverus sell or distribute attendee lists/contact info?

Enverus never sells or provides attendee lists. If you receive an email from someone soliciting the purchase of one of our conference lists, it is a scam from outside of our organization.
