With a background in renewables, including development and project management in microgrids and renewable natural gas, Jim brings hands-on industry experience to his role. He earned his Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, specializing in optimizing energy systems and minimizing loss in renewable energy projects.

Rush is a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy with Enverus' Power & Renewables team, where he focuses on our congestion and shorter-term power solutions. Before joining Enverus, he spent more than 10 years in various risk, analyst and trading roles in the energy and commodities industry. He is based in Austin, Texas.
