Technical Solutions Director at Enverus
As a technical solutions director for Business Automation, Don Hoefer supports the Enverus sales channel and the technical interface between Enverus customers and the Enverus product development organization. Don is a petroleum engineering graduate from New Mexico Tech with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including time spent as a roughneck in the San Juan Basin, a frac and cementing engineer for Dowell Schlumberger in the Permian, and a manager at the Landmark Graphics North America support center and drilling technical sales team. In 2004, Don joined Digital Oilfield - the company that developed OpenInvoice® prior to becoming part of Enverus - where he spent time as an account manager as well as managing the technical support and implementation teams before moving into his current role as technical solutions director.
Supply Chain Manager at IKAV Energy
Caleb is the supply chain manager for IKAV Energy overseeing their sourcing, contracting, buying, materials management and overall purchase-to-pay process. He has more than 16 years of oil and gas supply chain experience supporting drilling and completions, construction and production operations including various positions at BP America Production Company and Marathon Oil Company. Caleb currently lives in Durango, CO where he enjoys adventuring with his wife and three daughters. Caleb earned a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
Materials & Rental Supervisor at Chord Energy
Kent Specht is a supervisor of materials and rentals at Chord Energy. During his career in oil and gas inventory management, he has worked at Bell Supply, DNOW and Tenaris in a variety of roles including project coordinator, procurement manager, integrated solutions specialist and business coordination specialist. With an expertise in process efficiency, new system establishment and team training, Kent joined Chord Energy where he leverages his prior oil and gas experience into streamlining the materials and rentals division.
