Navigating Water Management in Upstream Oil & Gas: Insights and Innovations for U.S. Operators

Chad has an eclectic background whose educational and professional journey spans diverse fields, from education to oil and gas and now the world of technology and entrepreneurship. With a relentless passion for exploring new domains and driving innovation, he is extremely excited for the Gemini-Enverus Partnership.

Jeb Burleson is a Senior Product Advisor for E&P at Enverus with more than 10 years of industry experience focusing on asset valuations and reserves. His specialties include operational capital efficiency analysis, well database management, economic modeling, decline curve analysis, reserves forecasting and technical advisory. He obtained his BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, has worked for several operators, and was a project manager and lead reservoir engineer for a consulting firm partnered with an international bank before joining the Enverus team.

Stephen joined RSEG’s analyst team in January 2018 and leads the Permian Intelligence team. He has a reservoir engineering background in a business development capacity, having previously worked at RimRock Oil & Gas and interning at ConocoPhillips, both in Calgary. Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary in 2016.

Dave Savelle is an accomplished upstream oil and gas veteran with more than 30 years of experience developing, marketing and selling technology solutions for organizations in the global energy industry. Dave joined the Enverus Product Management team in 2018 where he helps drive product innovation and adoption, with a special focus on the success of OpenTicket, a digital field ticketing solution for oil and gas. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western University.

Graham joined Enverus Intelligence® Research (EIR) in 2020 with the acquisition of RS Energy Group. As lead of Subsurface Innovation on the Energy Transition Intelligence team, Graham creates intelligent connections between the subsurface, emerging energy and carbon innovation technologies through nine years of geoscience experience and a deep understanding of the energy transition. Prior to EIR, Graham worked as an analyst for the Alberta Energy Regulator with a focus on the Athabasca oil sands, and as a geologist in training for a small Calgary-based exploration company. He earned a master’s degree in Integrated Petroleum Geosciences from the University of Alberta.
