VP, Power and Renewables and Co-Founder of Pearl Street
David Bromberg is a co-founder of Pearl Street Technologies and served as its CEO from inception through its successful acquisition by Enverus, Inc, where he is now VP of Power and Renewables and overseeing the team developing interconnection study automation solutions. He was a part of the research group that first began work on what would later become SUGAR, Pearl Street's core grid optimization and study technology, and the lead author of the first academic publication on this work. Before starting Pearl Street, David worked at Aurora Solar where he developed cloud simulation software for residential and commercial solar energy production modeling. He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Director of Transmission and Interconnection, EDF Power Solutions
Anton is responsible for overseeing EDF’s portfolio of PJM and MISO projects through the interconnection process from application to commercial operation. In addition to managing individual projects’ interconnection positions, he also advises on various policy related discussions and FERC proceedings drawing on his experience in the development of several GWs of wind and solar projects during his 20+ year history with EDF. Anton has participated in numerous queue reform efforts and policy changes over the past several years in both MISO and PJM. He is a frequent panelist at conferences discussing interconnection related topics.

Senior Director of Transmission Policy, EDF Power Solutions
Temujin is responsible for engaging in all aspects supporting ISO/RTO relationships including transmission planning, resource integration and operation activity, and monitoring/participating in FERC activities. A versatile energy policy economist and relationship manager with over 20 years of experience in energy, Temujin has a strong working knowledge of ISO/RTOs, tariffs, regulations, and business practices. He directly engaged in transmission planning, emerging electric power policy, and regulatory topics including the integration of renewable energy, energy storage resources, regional market design, transmission cost allocation, commission orders, rulemakings, and tariff administration. Previously worked: MISO; SPP; Texas PUC; FERC; US Navy. Studied economics and political science undergraduate at University of Minnesota (Duluth) and graduate work in economics, political science, and development administration at Western Michigan University.

Vice President, Transmission, Interconnection, Engineering, and Policy, Urban Grid, A Brookfield Company
Ruchi Singh is an energy executive with over 18 years of experience driving innovation in transmission strategy, interconnection policy, and grid modernization across government, utility, and private sectors. She currently serves as Vice President at Urban Grid, a Brookfield Company, where she leads a North American team advancing the organization’s 20 GW renewable portfolio. Her work includes building transmission strategies, bridging market intelligence with technical analysis, project design, policy oversight to optimize project economics, and advising executive leadership on board-level project investment and advancement. Previously, Singh served as Head of Transmission and Interconnection for renewables at Engie North America. She managed a team responsible for over 150 projects and 20 GW of renewable assets, oversaw siting strategies for hyperscale data centers, and examined Grid Enhancing Technologies to improve operational performance and revenue. She oversaw the interconnection of 4 GW of project to commercial operation. Her leadership extended to technical due diligence for M&A activities, project financing and technical support for investment decisions. Her earlier roles at First Solar, American Transmission Company, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and Black & Veatch reflect her technical depth and leadership in delivering cost savings, project viability, and regulatory engagement. Singh is passionate about advocating for women in energy and serves on the board of WRISE Houston. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and has been cited over 500 times in smart grid publications.
