Managing Partner and lead Portfolio Manager , Kimmeridge
Mark Viviano is a Managing Partner and lead Portfolio Manager on the public investment team at Kimmeridge Energy Engagement Partners (KEEP). Prior to joining Kimmeridge, Mr. Viviano spent 17 years at Wellington Management Company, with over 15 years focused on portfolio management and research analysis on companies in the energy sector, including E&Ps and global natural resources. Mr. Viviano has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Hamilton College and a Master of Science degree from Boston University with High Honors. He is a CFA Charter holder.

Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Sourcerock Group
Christian is the CIO of Sourcerock Group and founded it in 2020. Prior to this, Christian was a partner and portfolio manager at Balyasny Asset Management (BAM) between 2004 and 2019. Christian ran both energy and industrials allocations at BAM, was consistently a top profit generator, and became a partner in 2007. Within BAM, Christian launched and managed the ZIE fund from 2014 until 2019 as a separate outside portfolio. Christian managed a team of 10 investment professionals across equity and credit. From 1996 to 2004, Christian was a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments. He managed Fidelity Select Natural Gas, Select Software, and Select Consumer at various points in his career. Christian graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 1996.

Senior Analyst, Research , Enverus Intelligence® Research
Michael joined Enverus in 2021 and is a part of the Commercial Intelligence team. His coverage consists of Canadian and Lower 48 E&P operators where he is responsible for company valuations and comparative analysis. Michael graduated with a bachelor's Degree in Finance from Mount Royal University and is based in Calgary.
