Catherine Nobles Medlock is a fourth-generation investor in America’s Oil and Natural Gas Industry. For the past 15 years she has been the Executive Manager and a member of MacFarlane Company-USA, LLC.

MacFarlane is an independent producer located in El Dorado, Arkansas that was started by her great grandfather, Hutton MacFarlane over 100 years ago. Together with its affiliated companies, they have a portfolio of properties in over 40 counties and across 7 states, including holdings in the Scoop and the Stack in Oklahoma and the Permian Basin in Texas. Catherine is a 2003 graduate of the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Financial Management and Investments. While in college she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma women’s fraternity and was also Miss Rodeo Arkansas. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Petroleum Association of America since 2008. Being raised in the industry, Catherine values the importance of the domestic oil and natural gas business in the US and plans to continue MacFarlane’s investments as an independent producer for years to come.
