JULY 28, 2022 | 9:00 – 10:00 AM CENTRAL
A perfect storm of reduced supply, low inventories, war in Europe and resulting energy sanctions have sent oil and gas prices to historic highs in 2022. How resilient will energy consumers be to this new price environment as macroeconomic headwinds intensify? Are we setting up for a new down cycle, or could stagflation develop, whereby energy prices stay high even as economic growth falters? Fractures in the global order triggered by the Ukraine war and the post-COVID recovery have drawn attention to fragile supply chains, dependent on traded energy. They have also cast doubt on the sustainability of climate objectives as governments prioritize keeping the lights on over longer-term climate goals.

In this webinar, timed to coincide with the re-launch of Enverus Intelligence monthly Oil & Gas report, Enverus’ global macro team discuss the outlook for oil and gas markets, supply and demand drivers and the implications for the energy transition.
