Customer Panel: Increasing Collaboration With OpenContract PriceBook

Nicole Miles is a consultant on the Enverus Professional Services team, focused on helping clients optimize their use of the OpenInvoice® platform and achieve their goals. In her 17 years at Enverus, Nicole has worked in many areas across Business Automation including supplier engagement, operations management, product development and professional services. This experience and industry knowledge has allowed her to help oil and gas companies improve efficiencies, drive automation and achieve touchless invoicing. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and English from Azusa Pacific University.

Debra has been with Marathon Oil for 22 years. In that time, she has held various roles within global supply chain and drilling & completions. She currently holds the role of compliance analyst, overseeing Marathon’s supplier compliance program. In her personal life, Debra is married and a mom of three.

Cyndi is a supply chain manager at Marathon Oil Company, where she manages the systems and compliance teams. Her teams are responsible for supply chain systems, supplier enablement, and internal and supplier compliance. Included in her team are e-commerce analysts who create and maintain OpenInvoice® price books. She is also one of the project managers for the supplier collaboration project. Cyndi has held various roles in global supply chain during her 20+ years with Marathon Oil including commercial execution, systems support and participation with the implementation of OpenInvoice. Cyndi’s motto is “there is no shortage of opportunity for improvement." Cyndi is a native Texan who enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and three sons.

Raj brings 16 years of experience with OpenInvoice®. Prior to working at Ovintiv, (formerly Encana), he worked for Digital Oilfield, (currently Enverus), where he gained valuable experience liaising with stakeholders on both buyer and vendor sides. This provided him with extensive knowledge of the OpenInvoice platform, including PriceBook and OIR (now OpenTicket®). In 2011 he joined Ovintiv, initially as an OpenInvoice analyst, and later progressed to an OIR specialist role. Currently, he is working as a Senior PriceBook Analyst at Ovintiv, where he oversees the PriceBook team. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, golfing and spending time with his family.
