To kick off the process, we need some essential information. Please provide the following details:

• Email Domain for User Logins:
  • The email domain used by your users when logging in (e.g., @enverus.com). This information helps us determine the appropriate Identity Provider (IdP) flow.
  • Example: @yourcompany.com
• Technical Contact Information:
• Please provide the name and email address of the technical contact who will be responsible for configuring the connection on your end. We will use this information to create an account and grant them access to a special application for configuring and activating the connection.

Implementation Process

Here’s how the SSO integration process typically unfolds:

• Gather Information:
  • We’ll collect the necessary details from you (as outlined above).
  • Feel free to reach out if you have any questions during this phase.
• Access to the Organization Admin Portal:
  • Once we have the required information, we will grant access to the Organization Admin Portal application, which allows your technical contact to configure, test and enable the connection.
• Metadata Exchange:
  • The Portal can be used to retrieve our metadata and to configure the connection using your Identity Provider metadata.
• Test and Validation:
• Once the connection is configured and successfully tested through the Portal, it can be enabled at your convenience using the same application.
