As Technical Solutions Director, Don Hoefer is responsible for supporting the sales channel as well as the technical interface between customers and the product development organization. Don has more than 30 years working in the Oil and Gas industry. After roughnecking on completion rigs during summers of college Don started his career working in the Permian as a Frac and Cementing Engineer for Dowell Schlumberger in 1990 before joining a small engineering software company called Munro Engineering in 1993. Don has held various positions since 1993 including technical support, managing Landmark Graphics North America support center before managing the Drilling technical sales team. In 2004 he joined Digital Oilfield which was the company that developed OpenInvoice. Don managed the technical support and implementation teams and then transitioned to an Account Manager when ADP acquired Digital Oilfield. Don currently holds the position of Solutions Director for the Enverus Business Automation division and is a Petroleum Engineering graduate from New Mexico Tech.

James Gattis joined the Product Management team at Enverus in February of 2021. Most recently James held a position in OpenInvoice Account Management. Previously, he held positions with Newfield Exploration and ExxonMobil as a Financial Analyst. He received his MBA from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. James resides near Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife, three children, and assorted menagerie of farm animals.
