Technical Solutions Director at Enverus
As a technical solutions director for Business Automation, Don Hoefer supports the Enverus sales channel and the technical interface between Enverus customers and the Enverus product development organization. Don is a petroleum engineering graduate from New Mexico Tech with more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including time spent as a roughneck in the San Juan Basin, a frac and cementing engineer for Dowell Schlumberger in the Permian, and a manager at the Landmark Graphics North America support center and drilling technical sales team. In 2004, Don joined Digital Oilfield - the company that developed OpenInvoice® prior to becoming part of Enverus - where he spent time as an account manager as well as managing the technical support and implementation teams before moving into his current role as technical solutions director.
VP of Supply Chain at Grayson Mill Energy
Mary Atkinson is currently the VP of supply chain at Grayson Mill Energy. Her focus is establishing and executing supply chain strategies with areas of focus in sourcing, procurement and materials management. Mary received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Operations Management/Supply Chain from University of Houston Bauer College. Mary spent the first 11 years of her career at Schlumberger in various roles as a buyer/planner in manufacturing, sourcing specialist in new product development, and strategic sourcing and business optimization leader for the North America supply chain team in drilling, completions and well servicing segments of the business. She then became the director of supply chain at Oasis Petroleum, where during her nine years of tenure there, she built the program from the ground up and entrenched a successful team supporting all aspects of operations from drilling, completions, production, construction/facilities, well services and midstream. Now, as the vice president of supply chain at Grayson Mill Energy, Mary is dedicated to advancing the organization's mission by reimagining supply chain processes, harnessing the power of data analytics, and fostering strategic partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Materials Superintendent at Grayson Mill Energy
Anthony brings over a decade of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily focused in North Dakota. Leading his team, he oversees critical functions including inventory management, the rentals management program, and procurement, leveraging both OpenOrder and OpenMaterials. His expertise was instrumental in successfully implementing OpenMaterials at Grayson Mill in 2023, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies not only within system but also across material management processes. Prior to his current role, Anthony flourished in various capacities at Oasis Petroleum, initially as a materials coordinator specializing in frac operations, where he adeptly managed the reconciliation of proppant and chemicals. Progressing within the organization, he eventually assumed the position of materials supervisor, where he skillfully led a team to achieve comprehensive inventory management objectives. Anthony played a pivotal role as a key member of the Oracle Procure-to-Pay implementation team, showcasing his proficiency in driving transformative projects within the realm of procurement and materials management.
