Enverus gives land and title teams a faster path to title certainty

Runsheet Assistant, a new AI capability within Enverus Courthouse, analyzes an entire chain of title in a single query, cutting analysis time by up to 75%

byJon Haubert

AUSTIN, Texas (Oct. 7, 2026) — Enverus has introduced Runsheet Assistant, a new AI capability within Enverus Courthouse that gives land, title, and legal teams a faster path to title certainty. Teams can now analyze an entire chain of title in a single query, cutting runsheet analysis time by up to 75%, depending on the task.

For decades, title work has meant reviewing documents one at a time. Even with digital access to courthouse records, professionals still have to open, read, and cross-reference dozens or hundreds of filings by hand to understand a single ownership position.

Runsheet Assistant accelerates that process. Instead of working document by document, users query an entire document set at once. The AI identifies relationships across filings, reconstructs chains of title, and surfaces ownership and lease insights across a tract in minutes.

“Land workflows today are still largely manual and fragmented,” said Silas Martin, VP and GM of Land Products at Enverus. “We have always provided the data. Now we are enabling customers to move through that data dramatically faster and actually make sense of it at scale. In many cases, that means running title up to 75% faster.”

Joshua Strange, chief operating officer at Wing Resources, an Enverus customer, added his support for Enverus solutions, tools and capabilities. “It’s become so easy to run title through Enverus Courthouse, which allows us to search for all the documents pertaining to a specific section of land, rather than indexing a name across an entire county and pulling up records on a lot of land we’re not interested in. We can really home in on specific tracts and understand the full title history. That has saved us a ton of time verifying basic information up front when we first make contact with sellers. It’s great data, and it makes our job easier.”

Built on a structural advantage in courthouse data

Unlike other solutions that require users to gather and upload documents, Runsheet Assistant operates directly on Enverus Courthouse data, which includes more than 350 million records collected from county courthouses across key producing regions.

This eliminates the need for document assembly and allows users to move immediately from search to analysis.

Designed for how title work actually happens

Runsheet Assistant reflects the reality that title is not a single-document task. It is a relational process that requires understanding how records connect across time, parties, and acreage.

What customers can do with Runsheet Assistant

Runsheet creation: Generate chains of title, ownership history, and party relationships across 100 or more documents in a single analysis.

Chain of title review: Trace how title has changed over time without reconstructing it by hand.

Restriction recognition: Surface every restriction on an asset before you bid.

Pre-acquisition and legal diligence: Find ownership gaps and title risks earlier in the evaluation process.

Reducing manual effort and missed context

In traditional workflows, scale increases both effort and risk. As document volumes grow, so does the likelihood of missing critical context buried deep in the record set.

By enabling analysis across entire document collections, Runsheet Assistant reduces both the time required to complete runsheets and the fragmentation that can lead to incomplete or inconsistent interpretation.

A shift from data access to workflow acceleration

Runsheet Assistant represents a broader shift in land technology, from providing access to records toward enabling AI-driven workflows that help professionals act on those records more efficiently.

For land managers, title analysts, and legal teams, the result is a faster path from raw data to usable insight, without changing where they work or how they approach title.
