Ryan joined Enverus in 2022, with over 15 years of experience he has exposure to both the oilfield services and upstream E&P sectors. Most of his career has been focused in an exploitation role in the Canadian E&P space, primarily focusing on conducting reserve evaluation, economics and A&D in conventional heavy oil and liquids rich Montney assets. At Enverus, he leads up the Rockies, Eagle Ford and Midcontinent asset teams. Ryan is a CFA® charterholder and earned his B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008.

Blake Sullens is a founding member of Grayson Mill Energy and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to forming Grayson Mill Energy in 2016, Blake played an integral role in technical evaluations and operations at Alta Resources. Blake began his career at Hess Corporation in various technical roles. Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.

Shaia Hosseinzadeh is the Founder & CIO of OnyxPoint Global Management, where he leads investments across public and private markets using an event-driven strategy focused on real asset businesses undergoing transformation. Previously, he was Global Head of Commodities and Natural Resources at WL Ross and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, he worked at Apollo Global Management and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Hosseinzadeh serves on the Brookings Institution's Energy Security Task Force and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics.
