Inventory is shrinking. Capital is tight. Operators across North America are under more pressure than ever to protect long-term value while maximizing near-term cash flow. Development decisions that once felt straightforward now carry higher stakes—and greater risk of missteps.
This webinar shows how leading operators are shifting from static assumptions to dynamic, data-driven strategies. Using real examples from the Eagle Ford, including Exxon redevelopment pads and infill vs. refrac comparisons, you’ll see how to test scenarios, evaluate trade-offs and uncover hidden upside, even in challenged acreage.
What you’ll learn:
✅ Real-world case studies: infill vs. refrac developments from Exxon, Devon and Conoco pads in the Eagle Ford
✅ How to forecast production and capital needs with customizable inputs
✅ Ways to prioritize high-impact wells with 4D spacing and development models
✅ Strategies to balance short-term cash flow with long-term inventory value under capital constraints
✅ How to accelerate planning and extend inventory life with smarter development workflows
With our integrated platform spanning inventory analysis, DSU-level optimization and customizable economic modeling, you’ll see how to replace fragmented processes with connected insights. The result? Smarter capital allocation, faster deal evaluation and a stronger inventory position in today’s competitive market.
Save your seat today and turn inventory pressure into your strategic advantage.
