Webinar details

Tax credits, portfolios, possible winners

Join us for a timely webinar with Enverus Intelligence® Research experts to break down the implications of the recently signed One Big Beautiful Bill Act. With sweeping changes that repeal or modify foundational energy tax credits, developers and investors must quickly adapt to a shifting policy and economic landscape.

What we’ll explore:

Renewables and batteries: Explore how LCOEs are changing, which queued capacities remain viable without tax credits, and which developers hold the most resilient portfolios.

Nuclear: Assess the outlook for conventional and advanced nuclear projects in a post-OBBBA landscape.

Clean fuels: Identify winning and losing technologies, assess 45Z PTC impacts on RNG project IRRs, and evaluate clean hydrogen projects at risk of losing the 45V PTC.

CCUS & EOR: Compare the economics of anthropogenic EOR versus traditional basins, screen operators and emitters for EOR potential, and uncover the viability of DAC-to-EOR.

Whether you’re tracking development resilience or recalculating returns in a post-subsidy world, this session will help you navigate what’s next.
