Mark is the Director of Operations at McDaniel+Cullen, an Independent Supply Chain Consultancy.Mark has worked with McDaniel+Cullen for eight years as a Director and Senior Consultant. Previously, Mark was the Supply Chain Director and CPO at Apache Corporation, one of the largest US Independent Upstream Oil & Gas companies. Prior to Apache, he held Senior Supply Chain positions at Marathon Oil, PwC & IBM Consulting, Mobil Corporation, Aminoil, W-K-M Industries and Petroleum Helicopters. Mark has over 47 years of industry and consulting experience working for oil and gas operators and service companies. Case examples of work he has led have been used at the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and in Timothy M. Laseter’s book “Balanced Sourcing” (Josey-Bass Publishers). Mark has authored and co-authored articles for the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC), Inside Supply Chain Management Magazine and an IBM Sales White Paper. Mark has a B.A. from the University of Louisiana Lafayette (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana).
Technical Advisor, Enverus
Hayden Wilson is a technical advisor - SME for the Business Automation team at Enverus. He brings a strong background in the oil and gas industry in both the upstream and midstream spaces. In his prior roles, he worked within supply chain teams to deliver on strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, materials management and spend analytics. Hayden joined Enverus in 2022 and helps lead strategic optimization discussions, process improvement opportunities and implementations of Enverus’ new product lines committed to fulfilling the Source-to-Pay suite.
