Enverus is aware of fraudulent recruiting activities designed to capture confidential job candidate information. This activity is criminal, and we want candidates to be aware of our recruiting process, so you do not fall victim to fraudulent activity.

 
Below are red flags job seekers should be aware of. If you experience this with Enverus or any other prospective employer, be on alert so you do not fall victim to fraudulent recruiting practices.
 
  • Enverus will never ask for personal information during the interview process outside of information gathered during the application process, such as name, address and work history.
  • During the interview process we will never ask for your banking information.
  • Enverus will never contact candidates via chat.
  • Enverus will never interview candidates via chat or extend offers via chat.
  • Enverus will never ask you to purchase your own IT equipment.
 
Enverus makes every effort to ensure candidates can trust and have a seamless experience with our application and interview processes. Our process follows these guidelines:
 
  • Enverus will always contact candidates via email, phone or LinkedIn InMail.
  • Enverus interviews are conducted via Microsoft Teams video, phone or in person.
  • Enverus offers are extended via phone or email when the candidate is not available by phone.
  • Enverus IT equipment is sent via FedEx or picked up from one of our offices.
