Basin Insights: Haynesville at the Crossroads

Thursday, August 27, 2026
11:00 AM | Central Time

Webinar details

The Haynesville has long been the closest gas play to the Gulf Coast LNG buildout, but the basin looks different today than it did even two years ago. Operators are drilling longer wells, running higher-horsepower rigs, and pushing into new areas. These changes are reshaping who has the best inventory, how long it lasts, and what it costs to produce. Not everyone in the play is keeping pace, and the gap between leaders and laggards is widening.

The Western Haynesville adds another layer of complexity. It’s early days out there, with only a handful of operators active and wells drilled at depths that dwarf the legacy play, but early results are showing productivity well above the traditional fairway. Join our Enverus team for a breakdown of where the Haynesville stands today, followed by a live demo of  how to screen inventory and evaluate well performance across the basin.

What you’ll walk away with:

🔍 A clear picture of remaining inventory across the Haynesville and who holds the most economically attractive acreage

⚙️ How drilling efficiency gains are changing the supply outlook and what that means for gas prices

🗺️ An introduction to the Western Haynesville: early results, who’s active, and why it matters

📊 A live PRISM walkthrough showing how to evaluate Haynesville inventory and well performance
