Aaron Vandeford

President, Enercom

Aaron joined EnerCom in May 2008. He has more than 15 years of financial experience building quantitative models, analyzing capital markets and consulting with public and private energy companies. As President of EnerCom Inc., Aaron oversees the consulting team and all aspects of the firm’s service and media offerings. Over the past decade with EnerCom, Aaron has played key roles in the development, expansion and evolution of EnerCom’s proprietary operational and financial databases as well as the company’s predictive valuation models. He has worked with E&P, Oilfield Service and private equity clients large and small, public and private, to better understand valuation and refine marketing messages. Aaron has traveled to major investments hubs in the U.S. and Europe with clients introducing management teams to targeted institutional, family office and high-net-worth investors.

Bernadette Johnson

Vice President, Strategic Analytics, Enverus

Bernadette Johnson serves as Vice President, Strategic Analytics for Enverus DrillingInfo and is responsible for helping to grow and expand Enverus’ analytics offerings. She joined the company through the acquisition of products and services from Ponderosa Advisors.  With over 11 years’ experience in the energy industry, Bernadette has earned the reputation of industry expert with extensive experience providing crude, natural gas, and NGL fundamentals analysis and advisory services to various players in the North American and Global energy markets.  A regular commentator for and speaker to the energy industry, her specific market expertise spans: financial trading, production forecasts, demand forecasts by sector, infrastructure analysis, midstream analysis, storage value analysis, and price forecasts. Prior to joining Ponderosa, and now DI, Bernadette was Senior Research Analyst for Sasco Energy Partners in Westport, CT where she provided analytics and research support for a team of financial traders active in natural gas, power and oil futures markets. Bernadette began her career with BENTEK Energy, LLC as a Senior Energy Analyst, Natural Gas Market Fundamentals and consulting project team lead. Bernadette holds a MS Degree in International Political Economy of Resources and a BS Degree in Economics, from the Colorado School of Mines.

Eric J. Stevens

Senior Vice President, NSAI

Eric has been with Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI) since 2007 and has over 18 years of petroleum engineering and consulting experience. Prior to joining NSAI, Eric worked for five years as a reservoir engineer and development planner with the ExxonMobil Development Company on projects located in Russia and West Africa. Since joining NSAI he has been involved in projects both in the United States and around the world, including Central and South America, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. Eric’s areas of specific expertise include project coordination, oil and gas reserves and resources estimations, field studies, and property evaluations using deterministic and probabilistic methodologies.

Jeff Nichols

Partner and Co-Chair - Energy Practice Group, Haynes and Boone

Licensed in Texas and New York, Jeff has more than 19 years of experience representing a variety of clients in the energy and finance industries with secured and unsecured credit facilities, project finance and other structured energy transactions. ​
 
As the co-chair of the Energy Practice Group, Jeff has broad experience in all facets of the energy business with a focus in the merchant energy industry particularly on working with ISDA, NAESB, EEI and other industry form agreements. He is also a member of Haynes and Boone’s Executive Committee. Jeff regularly speaks and writes on current topics in the energy industry.​

Joe Blice

CPA, Partner, National Practice Leader – Oil & Gas, Moss Adams

Joe has practiced public accounting since 1996. He provides a wide range of audit and accounting services for public and privately held companies in the energy industry. Joe has significant experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements and assists companies with mergers and acquisitions as well as initial and secondary securities offerings. He specializes in disclosures about oil and gas producing activities and foreign currency translation. Joe also serves clients in the real estate and manufacturing and distribution industries.
 
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Joe served as the controller of a publicly traded oil and gas company where he assisted with a merger and a private placement for the organization. He began his career at a Big Four firm.
