OFS: How to Maximize Profitability With Analytics and Automation

Webinar Details

July 17, 2020 | 2:00 – 3:00 PM Central
As the oil & gas business deals with a significant drop in demand and a slowdown in activity, OFS must shift their focus to maximizing the bottom line, finding the “last dollar”, and boosting profitability through the opportunities that are still available. While easier said than done, use of the right technology and key performance indicators (KPIs) can lower costs and help find growth opportunities.
Join us Friday, July 17 at 2 pm CT as we discuss current trends we see in the market and examples of how OFS companies are leveraging technology and specific KPI analysis to drive these objectives across their business. We will also discuss the concept of effective Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and how, by identifying inefficiencies in the DSO process, OFS can solve specific inefficiencies for improved cash flow management.
