Find out what will drive prices in natural gas, crude, and natural gas liquids in 2020. During this session, Bernadette Johnson, Enverus’ VP of Market Intelligence, will provide an outlook for 2020 based on what’s affecting our world right now. Topics include sanctions, trade wars, global economic concerns, U.S. production growth and exports, changing technologies, the growth of renewables, spacing dynamics, and the push towards capital discipline.

During the session, we will discuss:
  • The supply/demand balance for both crude and natural gas and our forecasts for the future and implied price ramifications
  • Natural gas – the impact of renewables in the power market and the impact to regional prices for both power and gas
  • Supply – spacing is the challenge/opportunity of the day and optimal spacing is a function of geologic characteristics, economics, and engineering characteristics
  • Spacing trends and challenges in key basins and the impact to future development and economics in this new era where the focus is on free cash flow and capital discipline.
