October 8, 2019 | 2:00 – 3:00 PM Central
Operational processes, like rig operations, make up a significant portion of an operator’s D&C spend. With increasing rig activity and volatile commodity prices, rig spend optimization is more critical than ever.
Combining this spend analysis with rig specifications, formation information, and activity trends allow for a truly comprehensive analysis.

Join us Tuesday October 8 from 2 – 3 PM Central to learn how the NEW OpenInsights solution provides the ability to conduct this analysis to optimize your supply chain and operational spend management.

This session looks at a use case for multiple drilling contractors for an operator. We will evaluate rig daywork, mobilization, standby, and penalty expenses to benchmark performances and identify areas of improvement for spend management optimization by better understanding the efficiency of capital deployed.
