Digitizing fracture program details is a bit of a challenge. The data does not come in a nice packaged format and thus this project came with some serious challenges. Every operator reports it differently, terminology varies, and there is just ALOT of different types of information.
Well, Drillinginfo has guts of the project finished. We are now entering the data and analyzing the results and trends, it is definately an intriguing and exciting project.
The results will be made available to subscribers of the Unconventional Platform very soon. Fracture data analysis, combined with our casing, tubing and liner analysis provides a powerful picture of how the wells are developed pre-production. Great for engineering types such as myself, and for people interested in how the competition are handling the challenges associated with unconventional plays. Below is a map of the Haynesville Shale wells we currently have digitized frac detail data for, of course we enter data daily so this will change.
I imagine this topic will be discussed very soon in one of our conference calls we host for Unconventional Platform subscribers. Meanwhile, check the DNA Haynesville Unconventional Update for all things Haynesville.
