The Fort Worth Basin is alive again with the emergence of another liquids-rich play opening up. The Marble Falls Limestone, more accurately coined the Marble Falls Formation due to variation in lithology, is just another conventional reservoir being developed with unconventional drilling techniques. Similar to the Mississippi Lime play of northern Oklahoma, this play offers oily opportunity to large and small operators throughout the FWB looking to expand from only dry gas assets.
