In efforts to divest it’s non-core assets, Petrohawk announced on May 24 the closing of its Teryyville Field Louisiana assets for $320MM. At closing the production was about 20 MMcfe/d. The company has estimated the proved reserves to be about 110 Bcfe, of which 53% is proved developed. The assets produce from Cotton Valley, Bossier and Hosston.
