On Wednesday, June 17th, Drillinginfo joined together to help fight poverty. Starting bright and early at 8am, when the thermometer was at a mere 85 degrees, our group started construction on a stone reservoir wall. Installing a privacy fence and unloading supply trucks full of lumber and 80lb cement bags was also part of the agenda. The day was long and hot, a sweltering 101 degrees, which required ample amounts of water and Gatorade, but the physical labor mixed with the heat helped our group gain sincere appreciation for one another and for our community. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in such a great cause, and look forward to seeing the house completed.
